• Monitor all stages of Quality inspection and take necessary action if required.

• Monthly report submission to management

• Root cause analysis on line and Outgoing quality issues and taking corrective actions at supplier.

• Verify the PPAP documents if required corrections raise the problem immediately.

• Involved Field failure complaints find the root cause and close that permanently.

• Handle the Attribute & variable gauges

• Monitor the process capability index in critical dimensions from supplier end.
