Assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and provide information on ALDI products

Stock shelves, rotate merchandise, and ensure that all items are properly labeled and priced

Maintain cleanliness of the store, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and taking out the trash

Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently to process customer transactions

Receive and unload deliveries from vendors, verifying accuracy of orders and stocking shelves accordingly

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

Monitor inventory levels and order new stock when necessary

Process returns and exchanges according to company policy

Assist with setting up promotional displays and organizing special events

Train new employees on store operations and customer service standards

Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and suggestions for improvement
