Vertex Industrial Solutions- Pipe Welder 07/15/2022-01/19/2023- I started welding in the shop using a roll out and Jack stands. But then I went with them on a field job as a field Welder making field welds and also fighting pipe in the racks and bolting up.

Shop Welder- I welded frames and parts and what ever the fitters tacked up using FCAW Flux core welding. I have passed experience fitting but they just needed me to weld. We had this big job where we had to splice 5/8" 4" 7" angle every weld had to be UT with ultrasound machine to check the welds for 100% penetration and for trash or slag in the weld.

Welder/Fabricator- I fabricated, fit, tacked and welded structural frames, drums, trusses, supports, square tubing, hand railing etc… according to blueprint specifications provided to me. I also used drill presses, hole punch brake/sheer, metabo grinder, plasma cutter and oxy-acetylene torches. As well as tape measures, clamps, squares the whole 9. I occasionally welded aluminum frames and drums with the spool gun too but I mainly used GMAW Mig welding with carbon wire to fit tack and weld most product. (Fabricating the over head rigging and structures for winch/cable systems in arenas and stages etc.)
