Systems administrator for the Consulate on Wheels, which is responsible for the issuance of passports and consular registrations for Mexicans residing in the United States, specifically in the states of New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. IT Analyst - Second Level Support

Support engineer for the Lan International, part of Clear Channel Communications, Inc.

(nowadays known as iHeartMedia), we give support to the whole radio stations in the US, including Hawaii. The support was provided by chat, email and phone. SQL was used to perform queries and check for possible inconsistencies in user-generated data, thru Microsoft SQL tool. Remote connections are made through VNC, TeamViewer and Microsoft Lync, always searching for the best way to give remote support to the final user. The software was in-house-developed by the company (known as Viero) it’s the most used by the biggest radio stations in the US, the remote support to Internet Affidavits(also known as SalesForce) it includes Server issues, Rotator services within the local-based Servers and most of the issues related with the access to all the logins used to access the platform like password reset and name corrections, and as administrators we have access to make changes in roles and positions to the final users. The support was given to 1500+ radio stations across the US. Most of the requests were made by a software called ServiceNow, that automatically generates tickets for every email that we get into the system, as the Second Level Support I have to solve the most complicated tickets (via mail, call or chat) that we get. This project was related to media, because we help people from the station to schedule all the spots and ads and try to fit in to the available spaces between the shows.
