I am writing this letter to apply for a position as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with UPMC Urgent Care in Franklin. I am a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with 6+ years of nursing experience. I graduated June of 2021 with my CRNP-FNP with a GPA of 3.6 from Chamberlain University. I have worked in med surg, labor and delivery, nursery, the emergency department, and internal medicine. I have been in practice as a Nurse Practitioner for almost two years in an Internal Medicine setting.

Through my multiple role experiences, I have gained the knowledge necessary to provide safe and quality patient care. In my role in emergency medicine, was considered a nurse leader in the department with charge, triage, and precepting capabilities. I am able to care for multiple critical patients in a fast-paced environment. In my previous role in med surg, I was able to manage multiple complex patient loads without difficulty. As a L&D/Nursery nurse, I was able to care for mom and baby in pre and post-natal scenarios, providing continuum of care in all aspects, as well as circulating in cesarean sections. As an NP I have provided quality patient care diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic conditions. I strive to provide care with a positive provider patient relationship.
