I have the pleasure of working with Rebecca Bryant at Winchester-Clark County Parks and Recreation where she is currently serving as a front desk staff member. Rebecca has shown the ability to establish an excellent rapport with various patrons from students to senior citizens, as well as staff, administrators, and board members. She is genuinely interested in helping our patrons and works in a consistently positive and helpful manner. Her service-oriented demeanor will unquestionably transition well into any field. Rebecca is one of the most reliable staff members we have! She often works our 5 AM shift and never misses or shows up late! She is very well liked among our staff and patrons! She regularly covers shifts for other staff that are sick or unavailable. Rebecca is often bragged on by our patrons and staff for her friendliness! Front desk staff are assigned the duties of understanding and following the Winchester-Clark County Parks and Recreation Employee Handbook; they assist patrons in any manner necessary to make sure they are as satisfied as possible with our service. They are responsible for monitoring our patron entry and flow through facility, they are also responsible for making all money drops in the safe at the end of a shift.
