I began my yoga journey 15 years ego and my unconditional love for yoga is still evolving even as a teacher.

I am Persian/British, a highly respected and award winning international artist with 28 years experience of exposing my artwork across Europe, the Middle East the Far East and the USA. For me it has been a huge privilege on this journey to practice both the physicality and the spirituality of yoga, learning and developing its’ benefits with some of the most well-known and respected yoga masters around the world.

My passion for yoga changed my life resulting in my becoming a master in my own right in Miami, Florida - the city of sun and a US center of Hot Power/ Vinyasa yoga. Life experience has granted me an understanding of the human condition seldom found amongst even the oldest yogi’s around the world.

The goal as a teacher is to continue to deepen my practice and understanding of the art of yoga and to share my knowledge with all who choose to follow me.

My teachings encourage a focus on breathing, the attainment of balance of mind and body through practice combined with targeted alignments. Each and every asana brings its own resultant benefits. Pursuing perfection for my students not for its own sake but for the rewards gained for body, mind and spirit. Few masters around the world have overcome the types of challenges I have faced and my age belies experience and skills. Whilst other masters may be able to demonstrate greater physical prowess through decades of practice none can match the understanding of the human condition or lay claim to having overcome greater spiritual challenges.
