The security responsibilities were working 1st & 2nd shift access control including issuing badges for employees and visitors, daily reporting, inside building walking patrols, monitoring cameras of the facilities and helping visitors and clients employees as well as Allied personnel with directions and questions that they may ask.

Northeast Security Inc.

Security Officer – Nov. 2020 - May 2022

Forty hours weekly - shift 3-11 pm.

Office building services includes observing and reporting activities. Monitoring any visits to the two office buildings including contractors, vendors, guest visits and others. Sign in and sign out logs required were used to detail these visits to the office sites. Computer monitoring of many cameras were used to observe activities. Periodic patrols were required and performed daily of the required areas to be visited and observed. Security procedure books and client company procedure book were required to be outlined for the security guards responsibilities. Master keys and computer fob key were used to aid in the patrols undertaken. The security phone was used at each location to monitor and verify to the Security Management that the required patrols were completed correctly. Daily reporting logs were used and filled out to detail activities during each shift. Incidental reports were completed if and when major incidents occurred and were filed with Security Management and the Client Management for their review. Security officers were CPR and First Aid Trained every two years.

Allied Universal Security

Forty hours weekly – shift 3-11 p.m.

Job responsibilities were the same as Northeast Security mentioned above. Same security two buildings in Waltham.
