Project Description:

Payroll processing for India Active employees and final settlement for Left employees

Role: Payroll Analyst

● Processing of Payroll for active and quit employees of Infosys.

● Uploading salary structure in SAP for active and new joiners, according to their components with respective

codes.

● Uploading earnings and deductions, like Transport, GYM, Loans, Library etc.

● Handling employee queries related to Indian payroll and Final settlement.

● Processing full and final settlement of left employees.

● Processing the salary with the help of accounting software SAP.

● Preparations of Bank Credit File (Control Summary).

● Preparation of ECA (Employee Cost Allocation) files during every month end and posting the same in SAP.
