Job Position: NURSING OFFICER

Responsibilities:

Assigned responsibilities include but not limited to:

Formulate, initiate, and revise patient care as condition warrants.

Undertake and demonstrate nursing tasks in the best interest of patient care and professional standards including bed making, simple and complex dressings, monitoring of vital signs (pause, temperature, blood pressure, respiration).

Provision of rest and comfort.

Evaluate nursing care and ensure continuity of care.

Maintain effective communication with colleagues, clients/patients, and visitors in the unit.

Ensure that planned nursing care is delivered safely and effectively taking into account the views of the patient and their relative.
