Qualifications and Skills: We are looking for a person that can come out of the starting gate running. The biggest benefit is knowing your way around distribution and transmission rights of way. A high school minimum is required but additional education is looked on favorably. We expect the utmost attention to safety and horseplay or excessive risk will result in dismissal. W set weekly goals and reward graciously if these goals are met. People with lineman experience are encouraged to apply.
