·Job responsibilities covered an extremely wide range of tasks, including but not limited to, installing/repairing siding, repairing roofing, electrical work on homes, tile work, vent installation, foundation work, installing doors and windows, installing flooring, etc.

·This was the most diverse job I had while in school, the nature of it allowed me to learn a large number of skills in a short period of time. Roof repair, electrical fixes, tile work, and foundation work were all skills that I had not previously obtained. Almost every day, my boss would teach me something new.

·Although not directly relevant to the engineering industry, these skills demonstrate my competence and reliability as a worker, as well as demonstrating that I pick up on how to perform certain tasks quickly. Also, it is relatively long and hard work compared to most.

SIDER/GENERAL LABORER EXTERIOR CREATIONS SEPTEMBER 2022-PRESENT

·Proficiently and quickly install both wood and cement siding, house wrap, vents, soffit, doors and windows, and more.

·High quality/standard of work. Most homes are in the $1-5M range. Not only must work be done quickly to meet quotas, but the quality of the cuts and installation must also be very low error.

·Again, although not directly relevant to engineering, this job has aided me to become a strong, competent worker who demonstrates ability to quickly understand a plethora of tasks, methods, etc.
