Roles & Responsibility:
Study of drawings, preparation of detailed working construction schedule.
Planning of resource requirement like manpower, materials, machineries etc. Support to top management for Identification of sub-contractor and manpower allocation as per job requirement. Supervise all the construction activities at site Et ensuring safe working condition.
Preparation of 3 months look ahead schedule, Monthly plan and weekly plan Preparation of daily plan as per weekly target and communication to the frontline engineer and supervisor. Co-ordination with inter-department for machineries and materials providence in advance. Daily concrete plan and target review with seniors. Preparation of sub-contractor measurement/bill along with reconciliation. Preparation of Bar Binding Schedules (BBS) for various R.C.0 works and approval from Buidco. Responsible for keeping all records related to QA/QC Audits / ISO Audits External Et Internal.
To manage execution of projects currently being undertaken by AMCON Engineers Private Limited (Company).
Formulate plan for execution with timelines and programme. Formulate systems and processes to ensure proper monitoring,

Coordinate with department for process and release of payment as per MB Book.
