Familiar handling different kinds of resin such as nylon, santoprene, glass filled PP, ryton, and pc. Reading BOM to ensure injection molding machines have correct material and (if any) regrind or color ratios are correct. Also, ensuring dryers are set to temp and materials are never over dried. Maintained material usage on a production floor of 24 machines total so machines will never run out of material.

Assisted Set-Up technicians with mold set up and line clearance. Removing and setting up molds from/for 30 ton Newbury machines, Yuh-Dak machines, and Tayu brand machines.

Practices and promotes safety within the dept. Including safety glasses, safe lifting, and safe pushing and pulling.
