Hello I am seeking an opportunity to offer my skills as a co-owner, General manager, and Supervisor to best serve my future employer. With more than 20 years of experience in the industrial field my knowledge in coordination to always meet deadlines, stay on track, and never fall behind. Work history
oBeginning my work journey in 1993 as a painter I have come a long way throughout the years rising to the supervisor, general manager and finally coming to co-own my very own paint shop and also making connections and bringing many different types of skills with me from companies such as
(1993 –1995) dynamic coatings as a painter here I would prep, prime and paint to spec. Applying paint and primer to Propper millage on tanks vessels valves or skids with little to no rework at all also setting up projects loading and unloading using cranes and forklift
(1998 2014) Texas systems and controls as a supervisor here I oversaw coordinated and managed all projects and dozens of employees both on nights and day shift maintaing a smooth-running clean paint and sandblast shop, a Propper inventory minimizing waste, meeting both in house and out outside projects deadlines on time and maintaining paper work and order at all times as well as delegation with assembly floor
(2014-2021) JRO enterprises as a co-owner here I set prices, for projects looked for and found clients, made great connections, found great vendors, and set employee salaries, projects were set to be completed with quality and safety.
(2022-2023) a completed to extension contract was accomplished through H1 staffing solutions on site with Enerflex Energy services where i furthered my skills in painting and coordinating teams on compression equipment as a level 3 painter
