Beverage analysis:

Testing product for assay, color and reagent concentrations using multi spectral analyzer, wet chemistry, HPLC, and pH meter. Using these results to adjust solution concentrations to meet set specifications. Calibrate, setup, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on HPLC, pH meter and multi spectral analyzer.

Process chemist:

Setup, download, and process specific product for multiply lines of production. Troubleshoot and make corrective action on all errors and storage of production. Plan and execute when products have meet schedule product quantity . Batch all specialized solutions for given products. Clean all hoses, container and production lines to meet food safety standards.
