Disassembling/repair cylinder heads(valves and seats), pistons(honing), cylinder lines, pumps. Disassembling and inspection of the camshaft and bearings. disassembling and verification of all pumps and exchange them, sometimes regeneration. Work according to the engine instructions. 2010.05 – 2018.05 - Tech Marine- service mechanic/ turner/boring - repair diesel marine engines-Man 32/40,Mak 20,25, 32, 43 too, Scania D-11/D-12, Volvo TAMD 12XX series and other, Deutz 645/628, Sulzer s-20,Caterpillar model 3206, 3408/3412,3512 diesel or gas engine. I do more cylinder heads of this engine -planning surface, boring valve seats to oversize etc.- verification and repair all parts of the engine – I worked on the shipyards in Germany, Italy, Spain and Singapore and other. I repaired engines offshore too.I currently work as a turner on manual lathe,and as vertical boring machines operator - Comec ACF 200, AZ spa VB260M,(I can regenerate water/oil/fuel-pumps by bushing and turbines by the different methods as metalizing - after that I make machining ), and other specialized machines in workshop -Cris- Marine,Hunger.I work with manual lathe with high precision. I can make every equipment needed for repairs, even untypical valve sit rings. My specialization now is cylinder heads repair how to valve seats(if cooled- boring to oversize) Verification valves and valve seats to grinding. Verification crankshaft and main bearings and other parts of engine.I can plan engine blocks and cylinder heads with plain milling machine Comec RP-1500.

I can also work with horizontal boring machine (boring alignment AZ spa BAC 2500) I work every day with measuring instruments in tolerance to 0,01 mm. as classical and electronic micrometers. I also use many kinds of gauges to measure different bores.

2009.11-2010.04- Doyles auto refinishing Leicestershire - Strip fitter/technician on workshop - auto refinishing, cars repairing after accident.

2006–2009 - Crown Brand – Building Packaging (Hold.)– PruszczGdański-mechanic- adjustment and repair of production lines, I did maintaining continuity of productions 4-5 production lines to shift as mechanic. I also worked on magnetic grinders and manual millings.I did assembly and disassemble tools from the eccentric presses and other. 2000 – 2006- self employment – repaired closingcans to production fish cans and eccentric presses etc. Equipment overhauls – verification and repair – on own manual machines like milling, boring and turning machines. I did renovations tools to making cans for Forcan S.A. Tczew.

1999-2000- Techno Plus –cooperation as Mechanic –repairs machines for sealed cans of food.
