• Deployment staging responsibilities include imaging the RHEL station terminal using CloneZilla, gathering the appropriate equipment, cables, and components, verifying that all requisite items are present for an installation, and that inventory spreadsheets are updated with all serial numbers

• Installation responsibilities include performing a QA of the physical installation of the faregate, installing the “tap-to-pay” terminals, setting the IP address of the Windows 10 based controller, cable the tap-to-pay panels and controller to the local switch, uplink the local switch to the distribution switch, configure the station terminal with hostname, ip address, and pertinent application settings, connect to the distribution switch, verify that all docker containers are running, and ensure that faregate controller to station terminal communications are working properly

• Facilitate and coordinate repairs, and generate installation and maintenance reports Tier I/II Help Desk Duties:

• Provides technical support for end-users including application and network incident resolution, terminal troubleshooting, and network/systems administration

• Provide Tier 2 support in the field which includes hardware troubleshooting and OS re-install, and equipment swapping support
