I completed task in various disciplines including, but not limited to construction management, coordinating delivery of materials and equipment, managed lead times, utility coordination, various CAD related task, extensive QA/QC reviews and property research. I am responsible for assessing field needs, analyzing relocation options, assigning/scheduling work tasks, tracking work progress and materials. I am also responsible for reviewing plans and contract documents, cost estimates, and designing/drafting construction plans for new RR widening/rehab projects. I possess excellent math skills which enable me to perform analysis accurately. I complete CAD related task such as preparing layout deliverables using various files including but not limited to aerial imagery, design files and SUE files. As needed, I complete property research for our clients to assist in clarifying property rights and title ownership in disputes between our client’s private property owners and utility companies.
