As a TEAM lead, I supported all phases of the mission Engineering life cycle: from initial exploratory compatibility discussions, through the technical aspects of designing, implementing, and testing ground and space interfaces, engineering life circle, signal, and its propagations, and follow procedures to achieve operational services. Graphical representation of services delivery as well as anomalies behaviors of devices are generated, monitored, and documented for improvement analysis. I been working in team setting environment utilizing Telecomm/communication gadgets (software, hardware, applications) to support critical operations as a Technician and as an Engineer to diagnoses problems and decide methods and needs for upgrading hardware/software, circuit designs and testing, maintenance requirement and upgrades keeping costs under control. Activities:

• Developing and optimizing technical plans for activities with high risk keeping mission goals

• Lead the successful technology planning and product development efforts for optimal result.

• Account for contingency plans and risk mitigation activities ir order to maintain smooth and continue operation with little or no mission impacts.

• Establish requirement for hardware and software upgrade and integration with Technological trends.

• I have strong experience with satellite radar communication, systems, and operational procedures used with the UAV and other flight supports strategies

• Demonstrated ability to prepare satellite communication analysis, acquisition, control, documentation, and data reports/retrieval utilizing Agile framework.

• Experience developing multi-system functional mission as well as their architectural interfaces in an enhanced way of improving technologies by isolating faults without impacting operations.

• Proficiency use of analyzers, power meters/generator, frequency meters, signal generators as well as oscilloscope to analyze wave forms across the subsystems.

• Capable of using proven mathematic methodologies to solve complex communications problems based different programs languages and techniques in a server centric environment.

• Experience conducting and logging of system functions and clear briefing of crew-team valuable communications in the areas of pre/during/post flight, emergency procedural, flight perimeter management, accident reporting and environmental reporting.

• I have an understanding of technical operations and wide experience in technical characteristics of radar communication systems to include strategic communications systems, sensor and radar systems, and communications systems deployed at receiver ground stations plat forms

• Thorough understanding policies regarding department of defense – contractors and civilians’ relationship to enhance smooth delivery of services as related to technical operation performance criteria requirements regarding satellite or flight acquisition and control

• Profound knowledge of RF test equipment - power meters, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generator, phase/noise tester/analyzer.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor of Science (BSC) Chemistry Science, Fayetteville State University, Fayetteville, NC April 2014

• Bachelor of Engineering (BENG) ELECTRICAL ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING – Communication Minor, Ekiti State University May 2004

• Master of Science (MSC) Information Technology, American Military University 2015. CERTIFICATE:
