Contracting
Being on time to the shop and or factories to pick up materials for days project or job.
Keeping check list of all my materials so that I can perform in the field as efficiently as possible.
Being on time to the shop or factory to load on everything I need to get a good start to the day.
Ensuring maintenance on my tools and vehicles. Monthly maintenance checks are mandatory.
Contacting our customer the second I’m loaded and leaving the shop or factory with a basic address confirmation, and provide a ETA to the customer.
Bringing expert value of our product to the costumer with proficiency and dependability.
Being flexible with customer schedules for Example : A customer late to appointment or customers need to reschedule an appointment or perhaps a job might take a little longer than expected. Just communicating with the customer is 100% valued and appreciated.
Warehouse
My key responsibilities would be to open shop make sure everything for our customers was to the best quality possible before contractor pick-up.
Shop Responsibilities would be for me to get the Prefab Teams, task for the day communicated to them, in a short 10-30 min mandatory safety meeting.
In the meeting we normally cover what the company's production goal was for that day, then some safety tips and procedures to ensure a professional and safe work environment.
Daily duties would consist of check-listing on our loads for the contractors to pick up for the day.
Always available for the Prefab Team if they have any questions about the days work load.
Ensuring my team is consistent and productive with their tasks for the day. Being aware of the amount of time we use on our lunch & breaks, in order to meet production goals.
