While practicing, I constantly stayed current on relevant legislation, insurance regulations and case law and communicated changes to affected clients on a timely basis. I oversaw the administration of a law office with 3 attorneys and 3 support staff, and I certainly understand how to keep track of time for billing purposes.

(and miscellaneous other state insurance departments). Coupled with my administrative insurance law practice, I actively represented clients before Pennsylvania trial courts and appellate courts. My clients were insurance companies, insurance agents/brokers, fraternal benefit societies, third-party providers, etc. Additionally, a small part of my practice included commercial and residential real estate transactions representing buyers, sellers and lenders. And finally, like most boutique law firms, we wrote our share of trusts and wills; and even through today, I am administering estates as executor.
