Key Achievements:

Successfully completed this project despite a huge setback of 3 months due to Cyclone IDAI in March 2019. The Warehouse structure was at 80% completion an 50% of this was destroyed in the cyclone. The structural steel had to be fabricated in Dubai and be shipped. Damage to site was not limited to this but to concrete panels, earthworks (stabilised layers) and architectural, regardless of the cyclone the project was successfully handed over to an overjoyed and happy client within time.
