Housing Supervisor

Participates in the reporting, investigation, and documenting of all significant incidents to the Shelter Director and all appropriate reporting agencies (DHS, ACS, NYPD, etc.)

Facilitated weekly meetings with social service staff to address client issues and progress (Reviewed caseloads and scheduled Case Conferences)

Ensured that case files are organized, and client records are accurate, current, and meet all DHS specifications

Community Coordinator/Social Service Supervisor/VAC

Ensure that newly admitted clients receive social service intake within 48 hours of assignment to case manager

Provided and ensured delivery of quality services to all residents through direct supervision of a team of Case Managers, Housing Specialist, Employment Specialist, and DSS

Developed program content to address client needs related to housing, substance abuse treatment, mental health, and employment

Case Manager Supervisor

Facilitate interdepartmental communication and conduct staff meetings with Social Service and Operations staff

Organize onsite and offsite training opportunities for professional growth and development of staff

Supervise a minimum of four direct reporting staff and their subordinates to ensure that clients complete tasks (such as gaining entitlements, employment, and housing options).
