Au small finance Holdings Pvt. is Jaipur - based NBFC-microfinance institution to have won the RBI’s nod to start a small finance bank. As a part AU has enhancing their banking system with multiple products like FCR & FCC (Flex cube retail banking and corporate banking) as CBS (Core banking system), CRMNext for customer relationship management, OBDX (Oracle banking digital transformation), ESB interface, LOS (Newgen) as Loan origination system for both retail and corporate, DMS, ATM, IVR etc.

Yethi is playing a major part for testing end to end flow of all the system and also Standalone testing.

Responsibilities:

Gathering and understanding the Business Requirements and performing GAP analysis

Test Scope discussion with various stake holders of the bank

Preparation of Clarification document based on the requirement specification

Preparation of the Test scenarios, Test conditions and Test cases

Preparation of Test Basis and test Data

Preparation of Process Work Flow Document

Suggesting possible solutions for a faster resolution of the issues.

Test Execution and managing team.

Description:

Citibank is implementing its common application QA Tool for AML across the countries named ZEUS. Currently, there is a Quality Assurance (QA) application (“QA Tool”) that is utilized for automated sampling of cases investigated by AML Operations Analysts. The QA process is based upon a consistent sampling methodology within a singular software solution used by all regions (APAC, EMEA, LATAM and NAM) and supported by a Global QA GSOM procedure that ensures that deployment of the QA process is consistent globally. The new strategic solution that will be implemented as “Zeus” project outcome.

Responsibilities:

Responsible of UAT & Regression testing - spanning across 2 Regions (NAM & LATAM).

Responsible for Data Migration Testing and Data Integration Testing.

First level of clarification: Preparing questionnaire to understand the business process and practices

Second level of clarification: Preparing questionnaire and tabling with the business/support on the gaps of business practices and system functionalities.

Interact with Business from across countries and clarify gaps and seek clarification on requirements and identify gaps.

Preparation of Test Scripts

Preparation of the test data for the identified business functionalities and transaction flows.

Providing support to the SIT team on Test data and functionalities during execution.

Involving in weekly Technology / project status calls.

Test Execution for the test cases designed.

Raising Defect in QC and Reviewing.

Retesting of the Fixed Defects.

Description:

Citi bank united all the regions together and introduced a new system called Global common which connects all the Citibank systems globally. Citi bank N.A, Hong Kong was implemented a new stock exchange to their investment banking system which is called “SH connect” which is known as Shanghai stock exchange. It’s a highly complicated one because the test environment is connected with the live stock exchange to test the implementation effectively and to avoid the time delay of order routing and trade execution process.

Responsibilities:

Played a role of a team lead backup for the Security brokerage testing team.

Involved in test case designing and test execution.

Performing system stability check between the stock exchange and test environment.

Trade execution and reconciliation process.

Clearing and settlement process for the orders.

Price upload and stock trouble shooting.

Successfully completed price chasing scenario with live stock exchange system.

Portfolio management for the test data customers.

Introducing the difficult test scenarios in all the way of possibilities.

Live price monitoring of the stocks to perform order placement in time.
