Promote facility maintenance and upkeep of a 1440sqft. bioreactor and fermentation lab by delegating tasks and communicating EHS regulations during scheduled presentations. Perform routine inspections of safety stations and equipment, coordinate disposal of chemical waste streams via waste matrix, and take lead role in organization, tracking and handling of BSL1/2 samples generated in lab. Developing a platform process for DNA replication, coordinating with Purification and IVT to align on goals.
