I have been a supervisor for most of my tenure. Previous campaigns I have worked in: eHealth, Allianz, United Healthcare, American Airlines Cargo, Kaiser Permanente, Blue Cross of Michigan and Cross-Country Home Services to name a few.
Current Responsibilities:
•Motivate a team of 10 to 25 customer service representatives for increased efficiency and productivity.
•Monitor CSR’s for attendance and performance utilizing scorecards.
•Facilitate one on one coaching’s sessions on a monthly basis and updating scorecards accordingly.
•Systems I am proficient: CMS, Avaya and Citrix.
