-Organizes documents; prepares and codes data for entry into computer system;

-Attend Meetings and Interview sessions with my Superiors, Taking Notes and Writing Reports of Observation functions of the Commission;

-Maintenance of IT infra-structure – Computers, Printers, Local Routers, etc.;

-LAN/WLAN, Installation and Management of Windows Operating Systems, Anti Virus Installations, Updates and Reviews;

-Facilitating Trainings of New and Existing Staff on Current ICT Input and Data Analysis relating to the Functions of the Commission;

-Supervising and Coordinating the Activities of a Number of Subordinate Assistants;

-Etc.
