• All applications must be received by 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, December 31, 2022.

• The wait list application process will be closed immediatelyatclosing dateand time,and no additional applications forthe Garden ViewApartments will be accepted afterthat time (or until the wait list is once again opened). Anyfutureopenings will be noticed at kwha.org, in allKWHA rental offices,and in alocal newspaper of general circulation.

• Only1application per household will be permitted. If morethan one application is submittedfor ahouse- hold, each application will be disqualified.

• Onlyapplications submittedtothe websiteaddress above will be accepted.

• Applicant must be at least 18 yearsold to apply.

• All household membersare subject to background checks to determine eligibility.

• Occupancyisrestricted to households or persons who deriveatleast 70% of their totalincome from gain- ful employment in Monroe County. Eligibilityisalso based on proof of legal residence in Monroe County.

• To qualify forthis 100% 1-bedroom unit property,the household must not exceed 2persons at time of admission.

• Submission of an application does not guarantee placement on the waiting list. Alottery will be conducted by theKWHA to select up to 1,500applications from all the applications that aresubmittedtothe website listed above,withinthe designated opening and closing date&time. The time and dateofreceipt of the application during the waiting list opening will have no bearing on whether an application will be selected. Thereisnoneed or advantage to applyimmediatelyafter the waitinglist opens.Families will be listed on the waiting list in the order determined by theirselection in the random lottery and then will be pulled from the list by preferencescontained in the Garden ViewApartments Tenant Selection Plan. Appli- cations exceeding the 1,500 selected by lottery will be discarded without further notification.

• Awardletters will be mailed by end of business dayonFebruary1,2023, at which time the portalwillreflect the final waitinglist and the final applicant place on the list.
