Job description

* I Worked at Homes Refinery Company – Penex

department which is designed by united oil

petroleum (UOP) in 1989,to raise octane number of light naphtha.

* Doing normal start of unit.

* Supervising process parameters (Level - Pressure

-Temperature….etc) and control them at control

room.

* Supervising running machines and assure of their quality(Ampere -suction and discharge Pressure -Oil level -vibration rates….etc).

* Assure of unit utilities material regularity(Cooling water-Steam - devices air etc).

* Supervising the different portions efficiency of

units (Towers,Vessels,Exchangers, Water and Air

Coolers etc).

* Supervising and changing operation conditions at the sight of laboratory analytical to material through production stages.

* Proceeding daily report about unit conditions and unusual cases which happening through work

hours.

* Doing regular shutdown to make maintenance

process.

* Ability of taking decision at emergency (Electrical failure, lost of cooling water-Un regular of steam circles……etc),and return the unit to normal

conditions.
