Attend site progress meeting and MEP Coordination meetings to discuss and resolve any design or construction issues with consultant and client representatives.

Prepares/reviews material and technical submittals to ensure their conformance with the contract requirements and specifications.

Providing supports to Project Engineer of all technical and engineering matters.

Maintain close communication and report day to day operational activities with project manager.

Preparation of defects notification, monitoring progress and effectiveness of remedial works, outstanding works and rectification of defective works.

Performed Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of DB, SMDB, MCC, Central Battery System

(CBS), Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), Smoke curtain panels, light control system (DALI), Fire aspiration system(VESDA), Pre-Action Valve assembly, Fire Alarm system & NOVEC System.

Preparation of reports for Life Safety services that is Fire Alarm, NOVEC 1230 & Central Battery System Reports and submitting it to the Consultant.

Prepared Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) according to project requirements including identification of test procedures and relevant hold points in liaison with approved vendors.

Performing all testing of NOVEC System, fire scenario & Fire Alaram (Sound db level, Devices functionality) according to all cause & effect matrix.

Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed.

Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.

Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site En-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report.

Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System, QMS.

Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.

Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction, SI.

Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.
