Preparing team members for testing both in-house and community based with education including PrEP, PEP and STIs and HIV.
Insuring and monitoring that all team members who are involved in testing and counseling are up to date with all certifications required for testing, educating, and counseling clients about HIV and STIs.
Teaching and monitoring as counselors do daily testing. Review and manage Quality Control Checks on all types of Rapid tests used by this testing center.
Entering all tests events into Evaluation Web (state) and Center of Disease Control. (CDC).
Coordinate marketing/advertising and community event participation to support testing and education of ID throughout our counties.
