Head of Design and Projects Unit, Jerusalem Stone Group, West Bank, Palestine. Main Duties include meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements and gathering the necessary measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations for design layouts. Also, managing design projects from concept development through to completion, developing and presenting project proposals, and adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs till preparing the final drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Besides, I am responsible for conducting ongoing quality inspections and providing management with estimates on cost, time, construction, and other specifications that is adhering to budgets and timelines and ensuring all vital information and documentation is recorded and maintained.
March 2019- December 2021
Consultant Site Engineer, Infrastructure and Camp Improvement Department UNRWA West Bank, Palestine. I was the main supervisor for the Recreational Facilities Project that included a theatre, gym hall, and outdoor Landscape Area for the Arab Orthodox Cultural Club in Beit Sahour.
Main Duties included managing, reporting and supervising the implementation of the projects. I used to meet with the engineers, and contractors on an ongoing basis regarding project objectives and progress; review and check submittals, shop drawings, equipment data, workmanship, material samples, ongoing quality inspections, project timeline, quantities, and financial reports of the projects; ensuring compliance with health, safety, and all other regulations.

Architectural Engineer, Rehabilitation Unit, Centre for Cultural Heritage Preservation
(CCHP), Bethlehem, Palestine.
Designing and supervision of several rehabilitation projects of historical centres and traditional buildings all over the West Bank. These projects included: Design projects: rehabilitation of Dar Khatab in Bani Zeid, rehabilitation, and development of Samar square in Aboud, rehabilitation of Bani Naim Mosque, rehabilitation of Dar Odeh in Ni’lin, rehabilitation of the historical town street in Ni’lin, rehabilitation of Hosh Ajwa in Samou’, rehabilitation of Hosh Ratrout in Samou’ and Star Street in Bethlehem. Design and supervision projects: Rehabilitation of Saint Joseph Mosaic Centre in Bethlehem and supervision of renovation Bethlehem main municipality building. Main Duties included surveying sites, preparing existing and proposed design drawings with details, preparing BOQ and tender documents, managing, reporting and supervising the implementation of the projects. Besides, reviewing and checking submittals, shop drawings, equipment data, workmanship, material samples, quantities, and financial reports of the projects. Also, ensuring the project time line, conducting ongoing quality inspections, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and all other regulations.
