Duties: Set up loan applications given by Loan Originator, work closely with Originator and with the borrowers. Provide Pre Qualification letters to borrowers. Request credit reports and confirm the credit meets the guidelines. Order appraisals, Review Purchase contracts to insure they are fully executed. Review income and bank accounts to prepare loan for underwriting and to make sure the loan qualifies. Order title and Insurance, and review for accuracy. Coordinate Loan documents and meet deadlines. Prepare closing information for closing disclosures to be sent to borrower. Keep accurate computer records for internal state audits. Work with several Lenders. Oversee the processing department.

Other duties outside of Processing include answering the phone and directing the calls to the correct person in a polite and professional manner.
