Project:- Section of North-Western Railway EPC-06(Mod) Electric line BRIDHAWAL-LALGARH – PHALODI(Rajasthan)

Job Responsibilities Highlights:-

Site supervision, Execution of work at site as per the plan, with timely completion of project.

Fully Involved in Construction of Residential Buildings & commercial Building, Structure also.

Ensure proper quality control is exercised for all work and certify the same.

Ensure the work done is as per drawing and specification.

Site Execution day to day like Residential building, SP/SSP, OHE/PSI Depot and T.S.S Work, Minor Bridges, Height gauge work etc.

Deal with Railway client Related to Technical issues.

To track the Project as per the timelines considered.

Co-ordinate with store for material arrangement for smooth work.

Estimating Quantity of Building, structure etc.

Preparing of Bar Bending Schedule.

Manpower and material management at site. Straight watch over optimal use of resources and reduce wastage.

Reconciliation of materials issued.

Ensure Safety precaution at all Levels.

Check all drawings and specification, if there are any discrepancies observed, inform to concern person and correct the same.

Monthly planning of the work on activity wise, and review on weekly basis. Plan for required resources accordingly

Ensure activities are carried out with utmost safety measures and achieve ‘zero' accident goal.

Monitoring ratio of plaster work & Flooring work Brick work and concrete work also.

Providing Technical specification about construction good practices like Batching.

Guidance to Technical Supervisors on technical issues.

Manage all resources for their optimum utilization.

Checking Quality of running construction work

Material planning and coordination for material supply to site.

Ensure sign off from the client engineers on the quality check lists after execution key milestones.

Briefing to the workers before start of work to set the expectations.

Marking Line/level on construction site & verifying the same with drawings.

Attending site meetings.

To derive the quantities &doing rate analysis of various items.

Writing a Measurement Book for Petty Contractor's Bill on Monthly Basis.

Manage all resources for their optimum utilization.

Previous Experience:-

Worked in Sambhar Salt Limited as a contractor from June 2018 to June 2021

Projects Highlights:-

Strengthening and Upgrade Salt Refinery plat by Steel Structure all complete.

Completed the Nawa Salt Refinery roof work with non-asbestos high impact poly propylene corrugated A.C.sheet.

Completed the Canal work in salt Refinery approximate two kilometers.

Completed the Residential Building for staff in Salt Refinery.

Construct and all complete Iron gate in salt Refinery.

Construct and complete the conveyor shed in salt Refinery with P.P.G sheet.

Previous Experience:-

Worked in GMR Infrastructure limited as a Senior Engineer Execution from February 2016 to May 2018

Project:- Design and Construction of Civil, Structure & track Works for double Line Railway involving formation in Embankment/Cutting, Ballast on Formation, Track Work, Bridges, Structures, Buildings, Yards, Integration With IR Existing Railway System and Testing and commissioning on design Built Lump-Sum basis for New Karchana Station (Excluding) - New Bhaupur (Excluding) of Eastern Dedicated freight corridor.
