Responsible for managing multiple pump station rehabilitation projects related to materials quality (QA/QC) as a result of Hurricane Katrina.

Provided CQM and project management leadership to assure projects stayed on schedule, within budget and maintained construction safety and labor standards. Wrote RFI’s, validated change orders, provided estimates, identified testing needs and requirements, approved contractor payments, procured materials and reviewed / generated daily status reports for the construction manager.
