Implemented business plan and marketing strategies, attained clientele, created curriculum, trained and secured professional staff, instructed dance, managed office and produced major public and private concert productions.

As the first full-time Dance Instructor, developed dance program and curriculum for students from grades Pk3 through 8th grade. Instructed over 200 students in Ballet, Modern, Jazz and African daily while implementing an arts-integration program of study, teaching dance vocabulary, critique writing, improvisation and composition. Maintained state-of-the-art production equipment, conducted grading and testing, completed administrative and production duties for annual Spring Concert.
