In this position, I developed skills in revalidation of record keeping for doctors in keeping their licenses. I kept track of expense reports for travel and the type of classes that was taken for doctors’ recertification. My skills in being proactive in leading my team in verbal, written communication, and a team player with supervisors in keeping our doctors licensed.

As a recruiter at Broken Arrow Public Schools, I increased employee retention by rigorously maintaining a positive work environment in working with principles and their sites. In my role, it was imperative to develop a targeted outreach recruitment strategies to recruit the best talent and meet all departmental hiring requirements. In working with the State Department and Oklahoma Employment Security Commission in completing all necessary certifications and all necessary paperwork required by the district. Posted all positions in social media. Worked with all supervisors. Principals and applicants in organization of the Broken Arrow Public Schools Teacher’s Job Fair for a successful recruitment endeavor. This enabled me to use skills of customer service, leadership, and organizational skills of being a team player.
