I have a year of insurance and pharmacy work under my belt. I am now more than proficient in AS400 and Lotus notes, Excel and Word, And I also have had experience with the CISCO Systems softphone. I also worked with the mentally challenged for a year. There I was a Medication Aide as well as holding several certifications.

In 2017 I was diagnosed with the disease Multiple sclerosis. It has been a struggle but after the readjustment period I may not be able to practice anymore, however, I am more than able to complete the low to midlevel customer service jobs.
