● Collaborated with employees to complete projects with a short time frame.

● Screened designs onto fabric carefully, as the fabric could not be moved.

● Washed and ironed flags after they had been sewn.

● Sewed multiple flags a day.

● Quickly learned how to work different sewing machinery and tools.

● Memorized how to create different types of flags.

● Trained to sew without any previous experience in sewing.

● Worked 8-hour shifts 5 days a week during the summer.

● Helped manage files involving our current stock and orders.

● Centered screened fabric onto flags.

SKILLS AND INTERESTS

I am able to handle stressful and fast-paced working environments and also learn quickly. During

my free time, I have many interests. I am interested in using makeup as not only a beauty tool but

also as an art. During quarantine, I grew interested in gymnastics and general fitness. I am a

self-taught gymnast and enjoy lifting weights at the gym often. Before corona, I participated in

track and field at my high school. My main events were shot put, discus, and the 100-meter dash.

Baking and cooking are other hobbies that I enjoy. I enjoy making new exciting recipes for the

people around me. After receiving a job at The Flag Lady Flag Store, I have also developed an

interest in knitting and sewing. To summarize my hobbies, I also enjoy self-defense, boxing, and

wrestling.
