Duties and Responsibilities
General ward administration.
Performing health surveillances to Mine employees e.g., drug test, eye test, HIV testing and vitals
Rolling out Covid 19 Vaccination program
Ward management, supervision of subordinate and educating.
Doctor’s rounds and carrying out doctor’s orders
Dispensing, ordering and administration of medication.
Drawing bloods and putting up intravenous lines and drips
Patient care and assisting with activities of daily living
Wound dressing and wound care
Health education and patient advocacy
Community outreach HIV, TB, STI, MMC, ART and PMTCT education and mobilization
Ordering and stock control of testing equipment,
