Services Engineer ( IVD - In Vitro Diagnostic ) - Junior Training all new associates on new products ( Human Diagnostics, Succeeder,..) Support and facilitate technical problem solving within the territory, by providing on demand front line field service support to customers. Make sure that the operating conditions are ready before installation. Coordinate with logistics team to deliver device to customer following schedule. Install and verify proper operation of instrument systems in a customer diagnostic laboratory setting.
Provide refresh training for customers monthly basis or per customer’s request. Provide user manual and application program to customers after installation Through technical proficiencies and strategic planning optimized existing products and develop new IVD assays.
Assist managers/supervisors in creating, reviewing and improving standard operating procedures and policies.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance interventions that include calibration, hardware or software upgrades, and verify work completed.
Perform installation and commissioning test.
Perform inspection, maintenance ( Daily, Weekly, Monthly), repairing and resolve technical problem ( Fixing and change spare part ) Record failed treatment cycles monthly basis
Recommend maintenance service/spare part replacement for customer in order to make device perform smoothly and reliably.
Create technical/application documents required for customer service and edit them to improve them under the direction of manager/supervisor Troubleshoot system and assay problems through telephone support, log file reading, or on-site customer visits.
