Project Summary:

Google maps are one of the platforms where every individual uses irrespective of the age. It is the user-friendly platform. To ensure that it is user-friendly platform we as a team work on Google maps, removing the abusive content which exists on the maps reviews, so that future reviewers can use it in an easy way and they can gain good knowledge whatever they search for.

Problem solving - A Quality Assurance Analyst skilled in reviewing the bug’s for better and safe user Experience. The next steps are investigating further violations to take actions accordingly. I`dentify the online risk and choose the appropriate solution to solve it. Reporting new and grey trends for future references. This is to save users and developer’s time as this will help in ensuring safe browsing experience to the end users.

Responsibilities:

Conducted various process audits as per guidelines and SPOs defined in QMS.

Understanding requirement specifications and preparing the documents.

Analyzed the raw data provided and generated reports from it.

Executed and analyzed cases to report the issue, bugs to the product owners & Program Managers.

Ensured processes are followed in Wipro in terms of all quality norms in the areas of project management and highlight potential risks.

Provided insights and process guidance to the projects as per the need.

Prepared timely dashboards, reports, and insights to share them with the central quality and delivery teams to ensure minimum client escalation.

From time to time highlight any critical escalations where the central quality team’s intervention is required in any BU project team.

Automated the report generations etc. to ensure minimization of non-value-added tasks, ensuring maximum utilization of existing platforms and their increased adoption.

Conducted weekly analysis to identify the error trends and for top2 errors, conduct root cause analysis (RCA).
