I have a Thirty one years of combined physical labor/construction/Maintenance/ Facilities experience. Most recently I have worked in a Facilities Maintenance position for Naprotek Inc. and I worked for Premier West Interior involving commercial and residential construction. I worked at RENESAS / IDT. In that time, I have performed highly complex (senior-level) grounds, building maintenance work. My role responsibilities consisted of maintaining and repairing buildings and the site, overseeing utility systems equipment, maintaining, repairing and overhauling of all electrical work in the buildings site and grounds, while maintaining the offices in a neat, clean, safe and attractive condition. I have worked under limited supervision, with considerable latitude as well as in a team environment.
