ABINBEV - International Breweries Plc – Onitsha, Anambra, Nigeria Developed and implemented a three year transformation strategy for the 2.7 million hectoliter per annum brewery and moved it from number 21 in performance ranking in ABInBev Africa to Number 1 in 2020. This made the brewery to win overall Africa MOJA incentive amidst COVID 19 Pandemic.

Initiated employee engagement initiatives that delivered consistent year on year improvement on overall employee engagement index from 54 in 2018 to 75 by 2021. Managed fixed cost and Variable cost to deliver great value on the business P&L through cost control initiatives.

Operational Readiness Manager 06/2017 to 05/2018

ABINBEV - International Breweries Plc – Sagamu, Ogun, Nigeria Built, defended and managed 6.9 million dollar budget to deliver the best operational readiness project of a 3.2 million per annum green field brewery as announced by ABInBev Africa Supply VP.

Designed and implemented end to end operational infrastructure for the brewery with excellent performance acceptance testing outcomes.

Recruited great talents for the brewery leadership team and developed an excellent onboarding which included an experiential learning trip to ABInBev's top performing breweries in Tanzania.

Packaging Consultant - Nigeria & Ghana 08/2016 to 05/2017 ABINBEV - International Breweries Plc – Onitsha, Anambra, Nigeria Managed the installation of 24,000 bottles/hour new bottling line at Pabod brewery up until the successful performance acceptance testing.

Initiated down gauging of bottle crowns from 0.23mm to 0.20mm across the 3 breweries in Education

Provided leadership for the commissioning of the 3 packaging lines of the greenfield brewery moving it from 450,000 to 3 million hectoliter capacity per annum. Introduced world class manufacturing initiatives in the department and managed ramp-up of efficiencies until we got to the rank of number 5 out of 21 breweries in SABMiller Africa in 2016. Managed retrofitting of 4 brands with various bottle sizes/SKUs into the bottle and can line respectively.

Built high performance culture through development of team performance indices and team of the month recognition/reward system.

Packaging Operations Trainer 11/2011 to 05/2012

Heineken - Nigerian Breweries Plc – Onitsha, Anambra, Nigeria As the first Packaging trainer of Life Breweries after its acquisition by Heineken, I conducted trainable, retainable and untrainable assessment of Packaging staff of Life breweries upon resumption

Developed packaging machines training materials tailor-made to the needs of the trainable and retainable staff of Packaging.

Set-up key performance indicators and deployed performance boards which were used to train operators for efficiency improvement.

Introduced HACCP quality management system in the department Determined packaging machines' overhaul needs based on detailed analysis of the machine breakdowns as well as from Genba walks.

Relieved the Packaging manager for 3 months.
