I currently work at Eaton Aerospace in Euclid Ohio. I have been there for 19 going on 20yrs. We build fuel pumps for the Commercial Airline Industry and the Military. I have a good 25yrs in manufacturing overall.

I possess extensive blue print reading interpretational skills. I have an extensive inspection background, use all the tools Calipers, Mics, height stands, standard and digital. I used surface analyzers of many types, comparators, marpos measuring stands, bore gauges, you name it at some point I have used it. I am experienced in all levels of Inspection ie., 1st Article, Plate Layout, In Process inspection of CNC Machine Operators, working with outside vendors and I have 2 yrs. experience running CMM. I am experience building a wide variety of electro mechanical sub-assemblies and I am a certified solderer level 5. I have experience building massive wiring assemblies experienced in working with all types of wire and gages coaxial cables and fiber optics and a multitude of connectors multi-meters and other equipment. I solder pc boards, circuits, and electro mechanical assemblies and sub assemblies.

I have almost 20 yrs experience working in a lean manufacturing, ISO, Black Belt, Six Sigma, Constant Improvement environment. I have a heavy Quality/Inspection background experienced with work orders, “NCR’s” non-conformance work orders, Deviations, RMA’s, Identifying and resolving Quality Issues through Root Cause Analysis. Prints, Process sheets, Bills of Materials, SOP’s, Federal Certs, and other shipping documentation, and working with consignment and can ban systems.

Here at Eaton Aerospace, I started as a Technical Fuel Pump Builder/Trainer/ and Quality Specialist and have since naturally gravitated as a Quality & Process Engineer. I work heavily with all levels of management i.e., Engineering, Quality Engineers, Auditors, Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing. I work with all departments throughout our facility and departmental managers in a collaborative manner in a “Constant Improvement Environment” to identify and resolve all types of issues stream line processes, procedures and improve quality. I work with National and International customers when they are in town, work with the FAA and Federal Inspectors and auditors. Experienced working in cross functional teams, perform GEMBA walks, and work within the lean 6 Sigma Belt System.

I am also familiar with the use of Key Performance indicators "KPI’s" in the creation of charts and graphs used for tracking documenting and analyzing progress in all areas. KPI's are a measurable value/metric that is used to track and demonstrate how effectively a company is achieving key business objectives. KPI’s are used at multiple levels in all departments to track performance of almost anything. KPI’s provide a focus for strategic and operational improvement and create an analytical basis for decision making on what matters the most.

I also have a keen understanding of SAP/MES Systems, what they are, their application, and use. MES stands for manufacturing execution system and that is exactly what it does. It executes manufacturing functions. MII stands for manufacturing integration and intelligence so it integrates manufacturing systems. Manufacturing Execution Systems are computerized systems used in manufacturing, to track and document the transformation of raw materials to finished goods. MES provides information that helps manufacturing decision-makers understand how current conditions on the plant floor can be optimized to improve production output.

I really have quite a diversified manufacturing background, but after almost 20 yrs in Aerospace with Eaton I am looking to utilize my leadership and management skills in another industry. Anyone can be a Boss, but a great leader has the talent to inspire and motivate others to get the jobs done. I believe in Leading by Example. I bring a lot to the table and will become a strong asset. My goal is to work hard and grow and advance up the ladder and work in whatever area you need me.

Thank you and God Bless
