REBRANDING STRATEGIST/BUSINESS CONSULTANT- ROCKET SCIENCE SPORTS
While a graduate student I worked closely on a team consisting of four students to analyze Rocket Science Sports, a tri-athlete product company headquartered in Austin, TX and Shanghai, China. Purpose of project was to generate brand visibility in the United States. Traveled to China; specifically, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Dongguan to perform international onsite evaluations and collect critical data for optimization strategies. Compiled historical financial figures, industry trends, and competitive environment to perform statistical analysis and help create a platform for strategic market penetration. Developed business plan and mitigation outline for immediate implementation. This project was part of my Capstone course to complete my Master’s program.
