SUMMARY
I am a highly skilled desktop support/helpdesk analyst with close to twenty years of experience. Most of my work experience was in the legal industry working for some of the largest firms in the US. I am very well versed in demanding situations where deadlines are always present. I recently enrolled in Long Beach City Colleges Networking and Cybersecurity program and will graduate in June with an associate degree. My remaining required class can easily be done online, in the evening. I understand the legal environment and have thrived in it.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
I am always fluent in Microsoft’s current operating systems including clients and servers. I am also competent with Linux and MacOS. I have excellent troubleshooting skills and an extremely high first call resolution percentage. In addition to workstation issues, I can assist clients with Cisco Voip phones, legal software such as iManage, LAN network connectivity issues (DNS, DHCP, IP Addressing and Active Directory), printers, Remote Access as well and Android and Apple Phones. I am very familiar with ServiceNow as well. I am highly proficient in Word and Outlook as well as the rest of the Office Productivity Suite. Classroom and lab experience with Azure and AWS Cloud services. Familiar with imagining and deploying new PC’s as well as conference room support.
