My name is stephen i started out at 19 working in a cabinet shop / stair parts mill and later ran a stair mill for the last 10 yrs. I am a hard worker. I like to learn new things to better myself and others around me. I always make good quality on anything i work on. McFadden & Associates: (Mill Forman) Dates: 08/2005 to 03/2015( John McFadden: owner) stair contracts with home builders Toll Brothers, Grand Homes, Samir, and Pulte. Responsibilities : Running Macfadden mill required me to open and close the mill daily, unload trucks, put material up,make parts and fill the PO's for the next day. I would make sure the shop clean and swept at the end of the work day.

. Extreme Windows / sub contracts 98% of Home Depot's window sale's Responsibilities : get to the shop at 5 a.m in Forney, Texas. Find and load 20 to 30 windows for the days job. There is usually there are 3 to 5 man crew. Drive to jobsite . Call customer when we are getting close to there house. This usually happens around 7, 8, or 9 am depending on how far we have to travel. We would guihave to travell as far as other side of lake whitteny. Unload truck scatter the windows outside the whole where the window goes. Tarp inside and outside for cleanliness remove glass, rip frame, fill cans with glass and one for frame, Its alalumium.Take glass panels to truck . Stack efficently so we can take old windows back to shop Vacume the hole. . Unwrap plastic measure hole, install new window . Pull up cloth drops . Put sticker window details on wiwindo.Windex inside and outside windows. Trim and cauck windows. Get customer signature. Load up rest of trash . Drive back to shop throw trash glass and put aluminum in bin. Go home. Larry McFadden LDM Stairs Dates 11/1/16 – 4/26/17
Larry is johns brother he’s an installer . I went to learn how to install the parts that I built in the mill. I worked off and on with him on many jobs over the years. Responsibilities: Pick up materials. Drive to job site. Unload tools, set up saws, and run power cords. I would set post. Bend hand rail. Clean hand rail. Measure takeoff, and tear out stair. Cut trim and Treads. Cut and install Ballestors. Sand and putty all cracks and holes. Take trash in my truck back to dumpster at shop. Make parts for next day job if needed.
Blue Links Fort Worth Dates 8/4/15 – 1/25/16
Responsibilities : getting from Dallas to Fort Worth where bluelinx is at at 6 a.m. Get paperwork for jobs, read work order, set machine to desired settings for work order. Sometimes catch material and stack for bundle order. That shrink and band hardwood lumber for order after Milled and Sanded. If there was a stair order for that day I was the only one that could make them in the mill that’s why they brought me over to start there stair division and show the how to build the stair parts for there future clients.
Dwayne Nelson Nelson Construction : Dates 2/18/16 to 6/13/16 Responsibilities : Arrive at Terry Bailey's 13,000 square foot house in Center Texas at 7 AM. Wipe down all countertops and surfaces for dirt and dust. Sweep all rooms. Stack and organize all materials and tools for designated rooms to have work done in them. Meet with Bob Dagele the builder for instructions on where and when things go.
Randy's Fence Company Dates 7/1/16 – 10/28/16
Responsibilities : Dig holes, mix concrete, measure post distances. set post, organize fence hardware. Fasten beams, post, and louvers for patio covers. Cut and rip fence pickets to desired size or shape. Laura customer (contractor I knows friend needed work done) 4/28/17- 10/27/17 Responsibilities : start at 8 AM at Laura's house in Richardson TX. Move Gravel, various size's of River Rock, and Flagstone to stageing spots for distribution. Side of Laura's house is always under water when it rain's neighbors yard drains into the side of her house and it stays there. Dig a 2 foot wide 2 foot deep and 40 feet long french drain on side of her house. Make planter boxes to contain dirt. Widen driveway with River Rock. Clean out flower beds and plant new flowers she has for me. Make paved pathway through center of flower bed to front door. Clean out mother-in-law’s horder house in Richardson TX. Separate items from trash, organize and group items for garage sale. Mow the yard. Cut tree limbs down over the house. It was a 3 bedroom 2 bath house.
Sonic Drive-In. S. Buckner Rd /Lake June Rd Pleasant Grove Dallas TX 11/16/17 - 4/30/18 Responsibilities : Cook the ordered menu items and get them out on time and good quality. Prep vegetables. Rotate food stock so no food gets out of date and cant use. Follow all health food handling procedure’s. Date all open food items as directed by Health Department. Clean all grease traps, cook tops, and wash dishes. Sweep and mop floor for close every night. Mega Motors Inc Lake June /3/18 – 3/20/20
Responsibilities : Arrive at Mega Motors at 9 a.m. Monday – Saturday find keys move cars that are in Bay. Find keys for all the repo cars and start them for the day . Clean out all remaining items in car and throw in dumpster. Wipe down and vacume all interior with soapy rags. Steam clean carpets with steam cleaner machine. Wash outside of car with soap and degreeser for wheels . Check and put mega moters stickers on cars. Check tires are flat or dougnt take off find right replacement size. Check AC and fluids add if nessary. Fill to tank gas. If AC broken send to Michanics. Go to auctions and drive cars back for Wash Bay. Take all bad metal car parts in shop and throw in dumpster . Engines/ transmissions/ all bad metal parts in metal dumpster. Mow and trim grass out front of mega lot. There are 4 lots total. Sweep all trash on lot up daily. Some times im sent out to do general construction repairs on other mega lots. Unemployment covid - 19. 3/20/20 Present 3/2/21
