Nuevo Mundo Network / Advisor and Member Board of Directors November 2004 to July 2008 Guatemala

• I helped the company acquire and merge to turn it to the biggest radio network in the country, consolidating 65 FM stations.

• I organized the programming and the target groups developing four national networks with National and local programming resulting in the consolidation of 2 million listeners per day.

• Two of the networks reached the top 10 in the country.

• I developed a successful business and sales plan that achieved its first year an increment of 20% in sales.

MediaCorp, SA/ Partner, and General Manager January 2003 to August 2004 Guatemala

• A new media outlet was developed for an investor, creating a News and Sports network Radio 10 that achieved the fastest growth in the News &Sport market, reaching number 1 for the target group ages 20-60 ABC.

• I acquired the Disney Radio Franchise for Central America and invested in the company.

• The company grossed $1 MM in sales the first year. Radio Grupo Alius/ Partner, Vice President, General Manager, and other positions January 1987 to December 2002

• I led a 50 stations group with national coverage, 3 National formats, and two niche formats in the city, 300+ employees.

• I implemented a Business Performance Improvement (BPI) with KPMG, which allowed the company to achieve a more efficient business and professional structure.

• I designed an investment and business plan with the achievement of a 40% EBITDA increase in a year.

• I developed a programming plan that led 4 of its formats into Top 10 rating stations in the country.

• I developed strategic alliances with Grupo Prisa of Spain, Televisa Radio de Mexico, and Grupo MVS of Mexico.

Radio Viva/ General Manager July 1996 to December 1999

• I founded the first all Christian Spanish Contemporary radio station in Hispanic America. This radio station made a breakthrough in the Guatemala Radio market.

• In the first month of operation made it to the top 10 ratings of the market and has been continuously in this position.

• I developed a loyal Christian market appealing to international and national advertising clients.
